Are you trying to install an electronic Alpha Bidet seat on a skirted toilet, but can't access the fill valve under the tank? Do you have a 3/8" shut-off valve at the wall and wish you could add a t-valve there instead of at the toilet's fill valve?  We have a solution for you.

This 1/2" t-valve comes with 2 adapters that converts the top male and bottom female connections to 3/8" compressions threads.  Install this package between your current toilet supply hose and the shut-off at the wall.  This will give you a 1/2' pipe thread so you can connect the bidet seat of your dreams to your skirted toilet.


Top: 3/8" compression female threaded
Side: 1/2" male threaded
Bottom: 3/8" compression male threaded

1 PIECE VS 2 PIECE

  • 2 piece toilets are the most common residential style toilet. If you have one, great, our Alpha Bidets will fit.

  • 1 piece toilets have the tank and bowl molded into a seamless unit. If you have one, you'll want to check the "Special Cases" section below.

MEASURING YOUR BOWL

  • A:
    • The UX Pearl and iX Pure require a minimum of 1.4" of clearance
    • The JX2 requires a minimum of 1.5" of clearance
    • The GX Wave requires a minimum of 1.75" of clearance
  • B: 
    • The JX2 requires a 5.5" distance (standard)
    • The UX Pearl, iX Pure, and GX Wave will accept a range of 5"-7"

  • C: Most elongated bowls measure 18.5" from the bolts. Most rounds measure about 16.5"

SPECIAL CASES

1 PIECE TOILET, NO CURVE

If your 1 piece toilet's tank meets the bowl at close to a 90 degree angle, then it's compatible.

1 PIECE TOILET, FRENCH CURVE

If your 1 piece toilet has a tank where the sides curve forward, then it MAY NOT be compatible. Contact us for more details.

Kohler San Raphael (pictured, only JX2 fits)
Kohler San Souci (JX2, iX Pure, UX Pearl fit)
Kohler Rialto (not compatible)

COMPACT ELONGATED TOILET

Some elongated toilets have a more compact bowl and not full size. They usually fit an elongated Alpha Bidet, but it may hang over the front edge of the bowl by 1".

Examples:
Kohler Santa Rosa (pictured, JX2, iX Pure, UX Pearl fit)
American Standard Compact Cadet 3 (JX2, iX Pure, UX Pearl fit)

SKIRTED TOILET

Skirted toilets have a concealed trapway for easy cleaning. They are usually compatible with Alpha Bidets, but may require extra installation parts.
