Will Alpha Bidet seats fit my toilet?

Most likely, yes! Our seats fit most residential round and elongated toilets. Use our Fitment Guide or contact us with a photo and we’ll confirm for you.

Do I need a plumber to install it?

Usually not. Our bidet seats are easy enough for DIY, but our smart toilets may require some help from a professional.

Is it safe and hygienic?

Absolutely. The water that sprays you is the same water you brush your teeth and shower with. Our nozzles are self-cleaning, stainless steel and clean you 1000% better than wiping with paper.

What’s the return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on new and unused items up to 45 days after purchase. Because bidets are hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns once they at installed.

Alpha Bidet started making bidet seats from a simple observation: most Americans still wipe because buying a bidet is confusing, the bidet seats look bulky, and the luxury bidets charge you for features you will never use. Our bidet collection is built the other way. Every bidet seat and smart toilet is designed around three rules—strong, no-nonsense cleansing; a slim profile with a lid you can actually sit on; and the features that matter at a price that does not require a second mortgage. Warm water, a self-cleaning nozzle, and a heated seat are treated as the baseline, not as upsells. If a function does not make you cleaner or the install easier, it does not make the Alpha Bidet cut. We are here to advance modern hygiene.

The Alpha Bidet lineup includes UXT Pearl, a full bidet toilet with auto lid, auto flush, and tankless warm water. The JX and Pearl series bidet seats cover the middle: tankless heat, rear and feminine wash, dryer, deodorizer, and a sittable lid that does not look like a plastic afterthought. Most models fit standard round and elongated bowls, install in under half an hour with the included hardware, and plug into a nearby GFCI.

A bidet seat replaces the seat you already have. It bolts to the same two holes, taps the toilet’s existing water line, and (on the electric models) plugs into a nearby outlet. From there it does the job toilet paper only pretends to do: IT CLEANS. A focused stream of warm water for rear wash, a separate front wash, a heated seat, and a dryer so you are not sitting there damp. A smart toilet is the same idea taken further. The bowl and bidet are one unit. The tank, seat, lid, and flush are built together, so you get auto open, auto flush, and a cleaner silhouette instead of a seat stacked on an old commode. Both are meant to fit a normal American bathroom, without the need for a remodel.
