Alpha iX Hybrid Upper Housing

I haven't received it yet. But I wanted to thank the Support for helping me through my saga.
I had a broken lid and seat. but when the local maintenance man came to help me out until the new system arrived, he threw out the housing lid and seat. So I had to go through this time when the lid and seat would not connect..
Took me some time to figure out what the problem was. But your sup[ort team was most helpful navigating me through. So, with your help and ai, i has able to figure out that i needed the housing to connect the lid and seat together.
Mow, I'm waiting for it to arrive and see if it really set up the whole system.
